Muay Thai Technique: Fitness class learning the explosive techniques of Muay Thai from champion fighers. Partnered pad work and some grappling. Monday and Wednesday 7pm

 

 

  Muay Thai Drills: Practice Dutch Style fight drills with Joep (Dutch Champion) set combinations are praticed on each other with shin pads and 16oz gloves. (equipment essential and can be purchased from the gym) Tuesday and Thursday 7pm, Saturday 5pm

 

 

 Brazilian Jiu Jitsu: The submissions sweeps and guard passes of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu are taught in a class that is good fun and great for self defence. Monday 8pm, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 7pm.

 

 

  MMA: This class involves sparring and MMA drills. All protective equipment (16oz gloves shin pads) must be worn. Monday 7pm and Wednesday 8pm

 

 

  Wrestling: Essential for those interested in MMA. Beginners learn take downs and take down defence with current Australian Champion Hassan. Tuesday 8pm and Saturday 11am

 

 

  Strength and Conditioning: Join the gyms fighters in this tough workout to fast track improved strength and fight fitness. Tuesday and Thursday 6pm and Saturday 9am

 

 

  Girls Kick Box: Learn to defend your self and get into shape with the exciting technques of a Muay Thai fighter. Monday, Wednesday and Friday 6pm

 

 

  Kids Self Defence: Kids learn self defence and gain self confidence with techniques from Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Monday and Wednesday 5.15pm-6pm ($10)

Bulldog Gyms have some of the best trainers in  Australia, all with international fighting experience. Private lessons, group classes and fighter training available.

Classes are designed so the complete beginners can get fit and improve their confidence and self defence.

 

Bulldog Parramatta is affiliated with Gracie Oceania Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. The group has gyms in Australia, Brazil and Japan.

In Thailand we train at Sitsonpeenong Gym and Kiatphontip Gym in Bangkok. Each year the gym has a two weeks training holiday in Thailand, usually visiting Bangkok and Phuket or Pattaya.
